Jagapathi Babu, who will soon be seen in Farhad Samji’s ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, opened up about working with Salman Khan for the first time and reuniting with Pooja Hegde after ‘Radhe Shyam’.
In an interview with a news portal, the south star said that Salman Khan makes it very simple for you and he guides you on the set. The actor revealed that the ‘Dabangg’ star never let him feel intimidated on the sets of ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.

When asked if he had any reservations about playing a negative role, Jagapathi said that he had no reservations at all. He revealed that Salman wanted him to dye his hair black and look younger. According to him, Salman thought it would seem wrong to fight a person who is older than him. So. they had to do that and nothing else. It wasn’t a reservation but something that the character needed.

Jagapathi Babu has earlier worked with Pooja Hegde in Prabhas starrer ‘Radhe Shyam’. When asked how Jagapathi Babu came on board and if his connection with Pooja helped him, he laughed and said that Pooja calls him a rockstar. According to him, she might have taken his name but he doesn’t know if she has recommended it.

‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ also stars Venkatesh Daggubati, Bhumika Chawla, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Vejender Singh and others in key roles. The film is slated to hit the theatres on April 21, 2023.
