Jackie Shroff addresses the young audience on road safety guidelines at the Road Safety Week 2023 – Times of India
Jackie Shroff is the brand ambasaddor for road safety in Mumbai and the actor was the chief guest at the road safety week 2023 organised by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde from January 11 to January 17. Jackie gave a speech in his quintessential friendly avatar and spread awareness towards our duties towards road safety as citizens.
The actor said, “It is our primary duty as the citizens of this country to abide by all the rules and guidelines laid down by the government of India. We should maximise the use of Public transport to reduce air and noise pollution. You are all the pioneers of the future and should equally share the responsibility for the well-being of our city. You should avoid honking near schools, hospitals and all the silence zones to avoid unnecessary noise pollution. Following the rules formed by the government for our own safety and security is also a part of being a patriotic citizen.”

On work front, Jackie is reportedly set to collaborate with Sanjay Leela Bhansali again after ‘Devdas’ in ‘Heeramandi’. Talks are also rife that Jackie will collaborate with Anil Kapoor again for a film produced by Subhash Ghai and written by Anees Bazmee.
Meanwhile, Jackie also congratulated the team of ‘RRR’ today for winning the ‘Best Original Composition’ by MM Keeravani.
