Ishaan Khatter opens up on his childhood, reveals that he has no regrets about that difficult phase – Times of India

However, actor Ishaan Khatter recently opened up on his childhood and said that he has no regrets about that phase and that he emerged stronger out of it.

For the unversed, Ishaan is the son of actors Rajesh Khattar and Neelima Azeem. His half brother is actor Shahid Kapoor and the siblings are known to be be extremely close to each other. Ishaan, who made his debut with
Dhadak in 2018, in an interview to The Indian Express said that contrary to what people think, he has had a good childhood. He said that when his parents divorced, he had an elder brother (Shahid) who had started doing extremely well for himself, so he was there to take care of the entire family.

Moving on, the 27-year-old said that only because he has seen upheavals in life, he has turned out to be the person that he is today. Adding that he is extremely ‘proud’ of his mother Neelima Azeem, the actor reiterated that because of his upbringing, he is now a strong individual, who can take on any challenge in life.

Ishaan was recently seen in the horror comedy
Phone Bhoot with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Katrina Kaif. He will now be seen in the war drama Pippa, along with Mrunal Thakur, Priyanshu Painyuli and Soni Razdan.
