Ishaan Khatter is set to make his Hollywood debut with a series called ‘The Perfect Couple’. He had shared the cast announcement list on his social media a few weeks ago and many industry celebs were thrilled as they showered best wishes for him. The show will see Ishaan alongside Hollywood biggies like Nicole Kidman and Dakota Fanning.
The actor is quit excited about his Hollywood debut as as he said in an interview that he’s grateful for he opportunity. He further added that he’s excited to explore whatever good work comes his way. He opined that it’s certainly a unique time for artistic and cultural cross pollination with the world becoming a smaller place. Ishaan is quite excited for the audience to see the series.
Ishaan went through an audition process to get his part and is currently shooting for the series. This is what he loves to do – keep pushing himself as an actor. Ishaan said he’s always aspired to explore himself through his characters while infusing life into them. It’s this symbiotic relationship that gives him a chance to explore a distinctly different side of himself.
For him, he’s excited to be around such a stellar cast because it also keeps him on his toes. Ishaan reveals that there are some really talented artists, not just in front of the camera but also behind the scenes. Ishaan is also thrilled to work with a director like Susanne Bier.
Ishaan who had made his debut with ‘Beyond The Clouds’ in 2017, post which he was seen in ‘Dhadak‘ with Janhvi Kapoor. His last release was ‘Phone Bhooth’ with Katrina Kaif.
Ishaan’s next release will be ‘Pippa’ which also stars Mrunal Thakur.
