Earlier, the Mumbai Indians won the toss and elected to field first. Batting first, KL Rahul scored his second century of the season as Lucknow Super Giants managed to post a total of 168 for 6 in the stipulated 20 overs. 

He was declared the player of the match for his match-winning innings of 103 runs. For Mumbai Indians, Kieron Pollard and Riley Meredith took two wickets each, while Daniel Sams and Jasprit Bumrah claimed one wicket each.

Today, Punjab Kings will take on Chennai Super Kings at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai at 7:30 pm.
