IPL 2023 KKR vs RR: Knights give 150 runs target for Royals to chase

With this, wickets started falling like pack of cards and KKR batters Rinku Singh (16), Shardul Thakur (1) and Sunil Narine (6) couldn’t keep up. By the end of 20 overs, KKR managed to give a target of 150 runs for Royals to chase.

For RR, Yuzvendra Chahal took 4 wickets, Trent Boult picked one, while KM Asif and Sandeep Sharma clinched one wicket each.

After the innings, Yuzvendra Chahal has surpassed Dwayne Bravo to become the highest wicket-taker in the IPL. In Thursday’s match, Chahal claimed figures of 4 for 25 in his four overs, taking his tally up to 187 wickets. He has become highest wicket-taker in the IPL surpassing Dwayne Bravo.
