The first match of Super Sunday will see Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) bat first after winning the toss against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021.

While Virat Kohli makes no changes to his squad, KL Rahul makes three changes – Fabian is injured, so Harpreet comes in for him. Sarfaraz Khan comes in for Hooda and so does Moises Henriques for Ellis.

Squads:

Royal Challengers Bangalore (Playing XI): Virat Kohli(c), Devdutt Padikkal, Srikar Bharat(w), Glenn Maxwell, AB de Villiers, Daniel Christian, George Garton, Shahbaz Ahmed, Harshal Patel, Mohammed Siraj, Yuzvendra Chahal

Punjab Kings (Playing XI): KL Rahul(w/c), Mayank Agarwal, Aiden Markram, Nicholas Pooran, Sarfaraz Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Moises Henriques, Harpreet Brar, Mohammed Shami, Ravi Bishnoi, Arshdeep Singh

Punjab Kings, in their previous game, had defeated the red-hot Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). They have kept their hopes of qualification alive as they notched up their fifth win of the tournament.

However, RCB, on the other hand, beat Rajasthan Royals (RR) comfortably as their bowlers are coming to the fore and taking responsibility to win them the games.
