IPL 2021: Rajasthan Royals win toss, opt to bowl and make five changes
Rajasthan Royals have won the toss and chosen to bowl first against Chennai Super Kings in Match No 47 of the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Skipper Sanju Samson said that looking at the history of the Abu Dhabi surface, chasing is a good option.
CSK skipper MS Dhoni said that he would have bowled first as well as the wicket will remain throughout the 40 overs and talking about the stability of the side, he said that they are one side who don’t like to make many changes and give the guys opportunities to prove themselves as they made just two changes, bringing in all-rounder Sam Curran and pacer KM Asif in place of Deepak Chahar.
Rajasthan Royals, on the other hand, made five changes to their line-up as they handed IPL debut to New Zealand batter Glenn Phillips and RR debut to leg-spinner Mayank Markande. Shivam Dube, David Miller and Akash Singh too came to the side.
