Egg Paniyaram: How To Make Egg Paniyaram
To start with the recipe, break 2-3 eggs in a bowl, and whisk well. Next, add the whisked eggs to the idli batter and mix again.
Heat some oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, and wait until they splutter. Once done, add chopped onion, and green chillies. Sauté for a minute or two.
Pour the egg batter in the same pan and add the seasonings like black pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. After it, heat oil in a Paniyaram pan, pour the egg batter, cover the pan, and let the paniyaram cook. For the complete recipe of Egg Paniyaram, click here.
