Honor launches Pad V7 tablets – Times of India

Honor has unveiled the Pad V7 tablet in its home country. It is a toned down version of the previously announced Pad V7 Pro.
GSMArena reports that the new tablet has a 10.4-inch LCD screen with FHD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The panel is HDR10-compatible and supports Magic-Pencil 2 which brings 4096 pressure levels and 8ms latency.
This device is powered by MediaTek Kompanio 900T chipset, which has two ARM Cortex A78 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six Cortex A55 cores clocked at 2 GHz. It is a 6nm processor and has the Mali-G68 MC4 GPU inside.

It comes with a quad-speaker setup with DTS: X Ultra surround sound and is available in two variants of RAM — 6GB and 8GB with both having LPDDR4x chips inside. The storage of this device is capped at 128GB though you can expand it via microSD.
The tablet claims to have a 13MP rear autofocus camera with f/1.8 aperture and an 8MP shooter on the front of the device with f/2.2 aperture.
It supports WiFi 6 connectivity, 4G LTE and is backed with a 7250mAh battery with 22.5 W fast charging.
The software front of this device is run by Honor’s in-house MagicUI 5.0 based on Android 11.
Honor Pad V7 comes in Blue, Amber Gold and Titanium Silver colors and will be available in China from September 30.
