‘HIT: The First Case’ and ‘Shabaash Mithu’ register poor box office collections on Day 1 – Times of India
The collection of HIT is lower than ‘Khuda Haafiz’ that released last week and also ‘Rashtra Kavach Om’ that released the week before. Despite a poor opening, the film picked up in the evening and around the afternoon, the report further stated. ‘Shabaash Mithu’ was yet another cricket biopic after ’83’, and even though the production cost was pretty high for a female orientated film, there seems little hope with such a low start.
Speaking to ETimes recently, Taapsee Pannu admitted that she’s had enough of sports films. “I want to take a break from sports-related films, because it is taking a mental toll on me. I literally have no life beyond training and shooting. I wake up early in the morning, go for two hours of training and go shoot another film for 12 hours. I am forced to sleep as soon as I am back, otherwise I will not get enough sleep to be ready for the next day. I have been living this life for two years and it is taking a toll on me,” she had said.
