Himanshi Khurana: I have got offers from Bollywood, but I want to make a difference in the Punjabi industry – Exclusive – Times of India

<p>Virat Kohli was recently flabbergasted by the invasion of his privacy. Fans often cross paths with celebrities, and the video is an example of the same. For the uninitiated, recently a fan made a video of Virat Kohli’s hotel room and shared the same on social media. The clip made Virat both unfortunate and angry, as this was a straight attack on his privacy. A lot of celebrities came in support of Virat, and Himanshi Khurana is one of them. Speaking on the subject and the topic of safety when staying in hotels, Himanshi Khurana in her exclusive conversation with ETimes quoted – “I never thought someone would enter my room without my permission and record a video until I saw this one.”<br /></p>

<p>“Fortunately, I have never come across such a situation wherein someone has entered my room and recorded a video. But after watching the video of Virat Kohli, I am very surprised at how the hotel staff was allowed to enter the room and record the video, and put it on social media as well. This is unethical, the hotel staff must take responsibility for their guests’ privacy. I used to not think so much about privacy before because I felt safe, but until this video came out. It’s sad that some fans cross limits.”<br /></p>

<p>We asked Himanshi does she ever worries about her private moments being captured when staying in a hotel. To this, she replied, “I have always felt safe in my room. I never thought someone would enter my room without my permission and record a video until I saw this one.”</p>

<p>Traveling for both work and leisure is a part of a celebrity’s life. And therefore hotels become like a second home to stars. So we asked Himanshi, what are the basic checks she does when she travel or stays in hotels to ensure safety. She said, “my team checks in about the security. So I have never been worried about it.”</p>

<p>“I understand that there is a different kind of excitement when you see your favorite celebrity. You want to click a selfie with them or have that special moment recorded, but you should also respect their privacy and not invade it.
