Alia recently spoke to India Today and said that she knows the larger thought that Ayan has for each and every character that people have seen in ‘Brahmastra’. She said that people have asked her about Dimple Kapadia’s role and asked why she was only seen for 2.5 seconds. She added that one can always think that the makers and creator have something in mind for every character and she takes it as a compliment that people want to see more of her in some way.

The actress further said that her fans will expect to see her more in the film, but for her, the length of a role does not matter. She clarified that the audience will get a better understanding with the next parts of the trilogy. Alia said that her character Isha is very strong in the film and the audience will see it in the second and third part. She said that she feels the conceptualisation is done at a larger scale. She said that people not only have questions about her character but also about Amrita, Dev and Amitabh Bachchan’s characters.

So far, ‘Brahmastra’ has crossed the Rs 200 crore mark at the domestic box office. The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna.
