The background music of Ranbir’s entry has been performed by Threeory, a progressive rock fusion band from Hyderabad. It consists of 9 members and they blend Indian classical with different sub-genres of world music.
Threeory performed this mashup of Roja songs, originally composed by AR Rahman, live at a restaurant in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, 6 years ago.

During the release of Animal, Threeory had taken to Instagram to announce that they are making a cameo appearance in the film. In another post, they also mentioned in the comments section that they will be releasing their viral track online soon.

Meanwhile, Animal has now successfully entered Rs 200 crore club in India within just 4 days of its official release. On Monday, the film minted Rs 40.06 crore which took the film’s total collection (in Hindi language) to Rs 216.64 crore Nett India.
In all languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam) the film has minted Rs 246.23 crore Nett in India in just 4 days. The movie emerged to be Ranbir’s career biggest opener.
