On Friday, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja along with their newborn baby boy were welcomed home by Anil Kapoor and the entire family. Anil and Anand also distributed sweets to the media that was stationed outside their house. Rhea Kapoor, who is quite excited after becoming a masi, took to social media and shared a glimpse of how they welcomed Baby Kapoor Ahuja.

Rhea shared videos on her Instagram story that featured floral and balloons decor. The print on the balloons read, ‘Baby Kapoor Ahuja’. She used the song ‘I Just Can’t Wait to Be King’ from ‘The Lion King’. Along with the videos, Rhea wrote, “Welcome home our Simba!” Have a look:

Recently, Rhea also shared the first glimpses of their newest member from the hospital. A teary-eyed Rhea wrote, “Rhea masi is not ok. The cuteness is too much. The moment is unreal. I love you @sonamkapoor the bravest mommy and @anandahuja the most loving dad. Special mention new nani @kapoor.sunita #mynephew???? #everydayphenomenal.”

Sonam and Anand welcomed their baby boy on August 20. The duo shared a joint statement that read, “On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed heads and hearts. Thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, friends and family who have supported us on this journey. It’s only the beginning but we know our lives are forever changed…”
