Heat guard Kyle Lowry out for Game 5 vs. Hawks with hamstring injury

Miami Heat guard Kyle Lowry will miss his second consecutive playoff game due to a left hamstring strain.

The Heat have already ruled out Lowry for Game 5 of their Eastern Conference first-round series against the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night.

Lowry sustained the injury during the third quarter of Friday’s 111-110 loss in Game 3 and did not return.

The 36-year-old Lowry has averaged 8.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 5.3 assists during the series.

Miami was victorious 110-86 in Lowry’s absence during Game 4 Sunday in Atlanta to take a 3-1 series lead and push the Hawks to the brink of elimination.

The Heat also said P.J. Tucker (calf) and Caleb Martin (ankle) are questionable while Gabe Vincent (toe) is probable for Game 5.
