Tonight, the 65th annual Grammy Awards—otherwise known as music’s biggest night—will kick off in L.A. at the Crypto.com Arena, airing live at 8 P.M EST. This year, Trevor Noah will host the event, which celebrates nominees including ABBA, Adele, Beyoncé, Bad Bunny, Harry Styles, and more. In addition to performances from artists like Styles and Bad Bunny, there will be a special set from Missy Elliott, Queen Latifah, Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes, and more honoring the 50th anniversary of hip-hop.
Before the ceremony kicks off, however, some of the music scene’s biggest stars will be hitting the red carpet in their boldest looks. This is an awards show that has produced moments like Jennifer Lopez’s deep-V neckline Versace dress, Cardi B’s Mugler couture, and Lady Gaga’s viral egg entrance, after all. You can always count on its attendees to make a statement and go for the extreme.
Considering this year has a stacked list of celebrity nominees—let’s hope and pray for a Beyoncé sighting!—you can bet the outré fashions will come out to play, too. Nominee Doja Cat already brought some seriously epic style choices to couture week in Paris last month. Will fellow musicians match this big fashion energy? Only time will tell.
