Govinda reveals he fell severely ill when he was 13 years old, says he couldn’t even walk on the road – Times of India

However, there was a time in his life when the actor was severely ill. Spilling some beans on the same, Govinda recently revealed that at the age of 13, he became ill and used to have no strength in his bones. He added that his condition was so bad that he couldn’t even walk on the road.

Elaborating further, Govinda added that during that time his mother told him to chant Gayatri Mantra 21 lakh times when he turned 14 and because of that faith, the actor stated that he never fell ill again so severely. He also credited his mother’s blessings for his success.

Govinda was all over the news recently after he gifted his lovely wife Sunita Ahuja a brand new luxury car on the special occasion of Karwa Chauth. Sharing a picture of the same on his social media handles, Govinda wrote, ‘To my best friend, the love of my life, the mother of my two beautiful children. Happy Karva chauth. I love you.
