Google Pixel 7A teased on Flipkart to launch in India this week – Times of India
Google has already confirmed that it will launch its first foldable smartphone — Pixel Fold at Google I/O 2023. Now it appears that the smartphone maker will also launch its mid-range Pixel smartphone, Pixel 7A. The smartphone is expected to launch on May 11 and now the e-commerce major Flipkart has also started teasing the Pixel 7A.
Walmart-owned Flipkart has shared a promotional banner of the yet-to-launch Pixel 7A smartphone. The banner has also confirmed the availability details of the smartphone. The teaser image also shows the design of Pixel 7A. As per the teaser the Google Pixel 7A has the same design as the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. The smartphone is said to come in three colour options — Arctic Blue, Carbon and Cotton. The banner also highlights that the smartphone will be launched on May 11.
Pixel 7A likely specifications
A recent online report has revealed potential specifications for the upcoming Pixel 7A by Google. According to the report, this mid-range smartphone is expected to feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The Pixel 7A is rumored to be powered by the Tensor G2 chipset and LPDDR5 RAM, while running on the Android 13 operating system straight out of the box.
If the rumors are true, the Pixel 7A will sport a dual rear camera setup, including a 64MP primary camera with a Sony IMX787 sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens. The front of the device is expected to house a 10.8MP selfie camera. Additionally, the Pixel 7A is anticipated to feature a 4500mAh battery.

The same leak also reveals that the company may price the Google Pixel 7A under Rs 40,000 in India.
