Golden Globes 2023: Jenna Ortega spills the beans on ‘Wednesday’ season 2 – Times of India
At the pre-event, Jenna spoke to Variety and spilled the beans about the much awaited second season of her show ‘Wednesday’. When asked about the show, the actress shared, “I have seen nothing and I know nothing. I feel sometimes as an actor you are just kind of told what to you, but I am waiting on it. I think they are just getting the writers all together, so maybe, soon.”
The series follows the journey of Wednesday Addams, who strives to control her developing psychic gift while attending Nevermore Academy, where she unravels a mystery that embroiled her parents 25 years ago. Apart from Jenna Ortega, the second season of ‘Wednesday’ will feature Gwendoline Christie, Jamie McShane, Percy Hynes White, Hunter Doohan, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, Naomi J. Ogawa, Moosa Mostafa, Georgie Farmer, Riki Lindhome, and Christina Ricci from the first season. Catherine Zeta-Jones, who essays the role of Wednesday’s mother Morticia Addams alongside Luis Guzman as Gomez, will also return for the sequel.
