Gigi Hadid shares photos from her ‘unforgettable first trip to India’ – Times of India

Supermodel Gigi Hadid had the time of her life on her first visit to the country and she couldn’t help but gush about her visit in a lengthy Instagram post.
Taking to her handle, the star shared photos from her visit to Mumbai city. Playing the perfect tourist, Gigi and her team went about the city posing in front of various landmarks and heritage structures. While out spending the day sightseeing, the star also shared photos of herself keeping cool by sipping on coconut water.

Gigi, who was one of the many celebrity guests at the launch of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, also shared some BTS glimpses of her gorgeous hand-embroidered kurta and even her glamorous white and gold Chikankari saree.
“I learned so much,” she said about her visit.

“Unforgettable first trip to India. Much love,” she concluded.

Gigi also made headlines on Sunday, when Varun Dhawan carried her around on stage and planted a kiss on her cheek. The actor received a lot of flack for the act that was initially presumed to be spontaneous.

However, responding to the outpouring of criticism, Varun said, “I guess today you woke up and decided to be woke. So lemme burst ur bubble and tell u it was planned for her to be on stage so find a new Twitter cause to vent about rather than going out and doing something about things.”

Hadid also shared the viral video and thanked Varun for “making my Bollywood dreams come true.”
