Galaxy S21FE 5G: Samsung to relaunch Galaxy S21FE 5G with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset in India – Times of India
Almost a year later, the company is relaunching the phone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and that will be one of the differences between the outgoing model and the upcoming model. Apart from that, the Galaxy S21 FE will also come with 256GB storage compared to 128GB from the previous version.
Samsung Galaxy S21FE relaunch details
Samsung has officially confirmed the relaunch of the Galaxy S21 FE in India. The company hasn’t confirmed the exact launch timeline for the phone, but we expect it to happen ahead of the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event.
Other specifications likely to remain unchanged
Apart from the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and 256GB storage, other features of the phone are likely to remain unchanged. The upcoming Galaxy S21 FE is expected to feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz refresh rate SuperAMOLED display. The handset will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and is speculated to feature 8GB RAM only.
Moving ahead, the handset is expected to feature the same 12MP + 8MP + 12MP triple rear camera setup and a 32MP camera at the front.
In terms of battery, the handset will be backed by a 4500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. The handset is also expected to run One UI 5.0 based on Android 13 operating system. Connectivity options on the phone will include 5G, 4G and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
