Florida judge orders cops to arrest Antonio Brown over unpaid child support up to $33,260
A Florida judge has ordered cops to arrest Antonio Brown over unpaid child support of up to $33,260.58 despite the retired NFL wideout claiming to have paid the sum in full on social media on Friday.
The order was issued by a Miami-Dade County judge on April 14 after Brown, 34, had allegedly avoided payments that he had been supposed to send to his ex, Wiltrice Jackson, according to court documents seized by TMZ Sports.
On Friday, however, the 2021 Super Bowl champion shared a photo of a receipt on his Instagram page, appearing to show that he ended up paying the five-figure sum to Florida Child Support.
‘Everyone want to see me fail that’s why I have to be Great!!!,’ the former Buccaneers, Patriots, Raiders and Steelers receiver captioned his post.
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to have been in receipt of the order, though there is a clause for Brown to be released from custody if he pays $30,000, per TMZ, which will ultimately be applied to the seven-time Pro-Bowler’s legal case.

Brown and Jackson were never married, though the former couple have a daughter together and have been involved in several disputes, including custody battles.
In 2019, ‘AB’ was allegedly accused of pushing Jackson down to the ground after she demanded pay from the former NFL player for a hair appointment. Brown was never charged over the claim.
Eventually, Jackson was denied additional child support, and Brown took custody of their child.
In 2018, ‘AB’ was sued for throwing furniture off a balcony at his apartment complex in Florida when a 22-month old child was nearly struck by some of the debris on the patio below. He ultimately settled that lawsuit.
Furthermore, he settled a sexual assault lawsuit with a former personal trainer who claimed that he exposed himself to her and raped her in 2021. In 2020, a mover was awarded $1.2million in damages after he accused Brown of attacking him during a disagreement.
Separately, Victor Prisk, a Pittsburgh-based doctor, with whom Brown worked while with the Steelers, also sued Brown for “farting in his face” and $11,500 in unpaid fees in 2018.
In January 2020, after several domestic incidents in which police were called to Brown’s home in Hollywood, Florida, cops stated they no longer wanted Brown to be involved with their youth league (PAL).
The Hollywood Police Department even returned a check from Brown and issued a trespass order preventing him from being involved with their youth league.
In 2022, Brown’s name was involved in further controversy after allegedly exposing himself to a woman at the Armani Hotel in Dubai, specifically in the pool area.
That same year, in December, Tampa police attempted to serve Brown with an arrest warrant on domestic violence charges related to an incident with his ex-fiancée from the month prior, in which he threw a shoe at her during an argument with her.
In January, Snapchat suspended Brown’s account after he posted an explicit photo of a woman performing oral sex on him.
Brown has been out of the NFL since January of 2022, when he got into a sideline spat with Buccaneers coaches before removing his jersey and pads and exiting MetLife Stadium in the middle of a game against the New York Jets.
