Bharath Ram and Guddeti Bharath Reddy have been elevated as SVPs, while Sharon Pais, who was moved to Myntra as its chief business officer, has been made a VP.
Ram joined Flipkart in March 2020 and led user acquisition and retention in Flipkart’s entire tech and product team, known internally as One Tech.
Pais was also given the P&L responsibility for its social commerce platform Shopsy in February last year.
One Tech is a sub-unit inside Flipkart and has over 3,000 employees, a source said.
Reddy is a Flipkart veteran and has been leading One Tech’s operations.

Flipkart did not immediately respond to ET’s queries seeking comment.
The internal changes come at a time when the company is scaling multiple businesses other than its core e-commerce marketplace.
These include its healthcare business Flipkart Health Plus, travel business Cleartrip, grocery business Flipkart Quick, and Shopsy.
ET reported on May 24 that the company had quietly
entered the home service business, directly competing with Urban Company.
ET reported in April that the e-tailer, through its Singapore entities, had
invested more than $800 million into several businesses like Flipkart Marketplace, its new healthcare business, and fashion retailer Myntra.
