Famous musician Fred White passes away at age of 67
The news of his tragic death was delivered to his fans by his brother, Verdine White. He announced the passing away of Fred White through an official statement.
The statement read, “To dear family, friends, and fans, the White Family is extremely saddened due to the loss of our beloved, talented, and amazing family member, my brother Freddie White.”
The statement further read that Fred joins brothers Monte, Maurice, and Ronald in heaven and shall now drum with the angels. White was a member of the EWF Original 9 and a child protégé, who had made golden records since the age of 16. He was the fourth brother in the family line-up.
The note continued, “but above all and beyond, Freddie was an amazing brother who would always entertain others and was delightfully mischievous. Freddie could have been counted upon to make unpleasant situations light-hearted. Freddie will always live in our hearts.”
The letter ended with “Rest In Power. The White family is thankful to everyone for their constant love, support, and blessing. Soar high dear Freddie (baby bro).”
