Exclusive! Jackie Shroff reacts to Tiger Shroff-Disha Patani breakup rumours – Times of India

Bombay Times reached out to Jackie Shroff who’s always spoken highly about Disha as family. He reacted saying, “They (Tiger and Disha) have always been friends and are still friends. I have seen them go out together. Not that I keep track of my son’s love life (laughs). That’s the last thing I want to do, like infringe into their privacy. But I feel that they are thick buddies. They spend time with each other besides work.”

Jackie further shares that it is their personal life and they got to decide how to go about it. He opines, “See, it is up to them whether they are together or not, whether they are compatible (with each other) or not. It is their love story, like me and my wife (Ayesha) have our love story. We share a good equation with Disha. And like I said, they are happy together like they meet, talk etc.”

Apart from the personal equation, Disha and Tiger shared professional ties too as the two collaborated in films like Baaghi 2 (2018), Baaghi 3 (2020) and a music video, Befikra (2016). Like Tiger, Disha has also acted with his father Jackie in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai (2021). Back then she fondly spoke about Jackie saying, “Nobody can match up to the kind of swag he has. His energy is unmatchable. He is just so cool to hang out with. You feel cool too in his company (laughs). I am not at all cool, but whenever I hang out with him I feel cool. It doesn’t matter even if you are an introvert, as when you are with him, he does most of the talking.”

Meanwhile, Tiger’s sister Krishna too has shared a great equation with Disha, which has always been visible on social media. In a chat with BT, Krishna had said, “At a time where people try to bring each other down, Disha and I always try to lift each other up. It is nice to have such an equation between two women. I keep telling her that she is like the sister that I never had. Personality-wise, she is more like Tiger. The two of us are quite different from each other apart from the fact that both of us look very good in a bikini (laughs!).”
