- Socceroos midfielder Aaron Mooy is one of Mia Khalifa’s favourite footballers
- Khalifa bizarrely compared the veteran Celtic star to NBA player Kawhi Leonard
- David Beckham topped the one time porn star’s list ahead of Zinedine Zidane
Former porn star Mia Khalifa has revealed the bizarre reason why Socceroos star Aaron Mooy is one of her favourite footballers.
Global icon and Manchester United legend David Beckham tops the ex-adult entertainer’s list, with retired French great Zinedine Zidane coming in second.
Mooy, 32, also graced the podium – due largely to his time with Huddersfield Town in the Championship and English Premier League between 2017 and 2020 – where it is said he caught Khalifa’s eye.
Khalifa then strangely labelled Mooy – who starred for Australia at the recent World Cup in Qatar – one of her top picks due to his ‘similarity’ to NBA superstar Kawhi Leonard.
‘Aaron Mooy is like the Kawhi Leonard of football,’ the 29-year-old said in a recently resurfaced interview.

‘He acts like him – he’s kind of camera shy, he’s a little goofy but you never see it.
‘I don’t know, he reminds me of him (Leonard), he seems like a nice guy.’
Khalifa – who was born in Lebanon and became infamous in 2014 after wearing a hijab when she filmed an adult movie – revealed Beckham was an obvious pick ‘because she was a girl’.
She went onto poke fun at his high-pitched voice before stating Zidane was a rogue in her eyes following his headbutt on Italian defender Marco Materazzi in the 2006 World Cup final.
Meanwhile, Mooy has returned to club duty with Scotland with Celtic, with the premiership resuming this weekend.

Ange Postecoglou’s men are nine points clear of bitter rivals Rangers, having scored 50 goals in just 15 matches.
A host of other Socceroos are tipped to be in action, including Nathaniel Atkinson, Kye Rowles and Cameron Devlin (Hearts), Aziz Behich (Dundee United) and rising star Keanu Baccus (St Mirren).
Ex Western Sydney Wanderers midfielder Baccus, 24, impressed at the World Cup and is tipped to seal a move elsewhere in January.
