Eminem’s daughter Alaina Scott announces engagement to longtime boyfriend Matt Moeller – Times of India

Alaina Scott, the 28-year-old daughter of rapper Eminem announced in an Instagram post that she said “yes a hundred times over,” to her longtime boyfriend Matt Moeller.

“Still on cloud 9. thank you for all the well wishes, we are feeling so loved,” She said to all sending her congratulatory messages.

She also
posted a couple of photos from her happy day that saw Matt on one knee, popping the question on a romantic rooftop setting. Alaina also showed off her gorgeous ring that took centre stage.

Earlier this year, Alaina gave Matt a sweet shout-out after the couple celebrated seven years of dating.

“While my love for you has somehow grown over these last 7 years, one thing has remained the same – you are my favourite person,” she captioned the Instagram photo posted in July.

“You are my best friend, the best fur dad, and the best partner. Thank you for loving me as effortlessly as you do. Happy anniversary, ILY.”

Scott’s mother, Dawn Scott, was the twin sister of Eminem’s ex-wife, Kim Scott. Eminem adopted Alaina — as well as her younger sibling, Stevie — as Dawn struggled with drug addiction. Dawn reportedly passed away from a suspected heroin overdose in 2016.

Alaina is also referenced in Eminem’s songs. He rapped about his relationship with Alaina in ‘Mockingbird’ that featured in his album Encore.

The rapper additionally shared details about his relationship and confirmed in 2004 that he had full custody of his niece and shared joint custody of daughter Hailie with his ex-wife.
