Ferragamo creative director Maximilian Davis has unveiled an array of enticing bag shapes since showing his debut collection for the house last year. The fresh accessories are central to his mission of “reenergizing” the Florentine label, thus attracting a new customer base. “I found clothes and accessories in the archive that I thought were very current, and that have some connection to my work,” the designer previously told Vogue, adding that “the idea of bringing a little bit of myself into the new direction of the brand started to feel very natural to me.”
Implementing his unique vision has paid off: Zendaya, Michaela Coel, Kelela and Hunter Schafer are but a few of his staunch fans, all of whom have fallen hard for his modern approach. Dua Lipa, too, has shown her loyalty by carrying one of Davis’s contemporary bag shapes on repeat.

Earlier this week, she was seen in a full-look from his pre-fall 2023 collection, comprising a structured jacket, a matching miniskirt and knee-high boots, with the aforementioned arm candy in tow. The following day, she was seen clutching the same bag, this time wearing jeans, a bomber and trainers.
