Dua Lipa Finds the Perfect Pair of Fashion Uggs

We’re well into fall, which means it’s two things: Spooky season and cozy season. Even if you’re not a fan of Halloween, who doesn’t love slipping into a comfy sweater on a crisp autumn day? While there are many more outfit options, bundling up in style is a real sartorial challenge. So allow Dua Lipa to offer some inspiration on how to do sleek layering properly, right down to her fashion-forward Uggs (yes, really). 

Now, Uggs get a bad rap: They’re associated with basic bitches who love PSLs (pumpkin spice lattes, for the uninitiated). But Lipa strayed from the pack and opted for a pair that were anything but simple. Her shearling-lined boots, decorated with silver grommets, are from a collaboration with KNWLS which just debuted at the label’s spring 2023 runway show. 

She chose to pair them with a long floral KNWLS dress and cropped cardigan, which made them feel super elevated. The whole outfit proved that, with the right updated silhouettes, your fall hero pieces can feel fresh and new this season, all while keeping you warm. With Lipa and other style stars like Kendall Jenner sporting Uggs this year, it’s safe to say that comfy footwear is here to stay. Thank god for that.
