Did you know once Amitabh Bachchan got caught in the middle of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s PDA? – Times of India

Amitabh Bachchan recently recalled an incident when he got caught in the middle of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s PDA.

On his quiz show, Big B recently revealed an incident when he found himself in the middle of Deepika and Ranveer’s public display of affection during an award show. Narrating the same, Bachchan said Ranveer made a grand entry on a crane at the event. When the crane was a few feet away from him, Ranveer looked at him and made a gesture, pointing two fingers at his eyes. Although Big B did not understand the gesture at the time, he repeated it back to Ranveer. At one point, Ranveer even threw his microphone and Amitabh caught it.

Jaya Bachchan, who was sitting right beside him, burst his bubble when she told him that those gestures were not meant for him but for Deepika Padukone who was sitting on the other side of Mr Bachchan.

This is not the first time Ranveer and Deepika have engaged in PDA. The couple never fails to express their love for each other even in public. The duo got hitched in 2018 and ever since then they have been painting the town red with their love story.

Meanwhile, on the work front, after ‘Piku’, Deepika and Amitabh will be seen sharing the screen space once again in ‘The Intern’. The film is an official Hindi remake of the Hollywood film of the same name. The original film starred Anne Hathaway and Robert de Niro in lead roles.

The film was earlier supposed to star Rishi Kapoor alongside Deepika. However, after the sudden demise of the veteran star, the makers roped in Big B to fill in his shoes.
