Dharmendra keeps testing himself for COVID-19 at regular intervals, says, ‘It keeps the fear of contracting the virus at bay’ – Times of India

Veteran actor Dharmendra recently took the booster shot for COVID-19 and also urged others eligible to go for it. The actor emphasises that one should be very careful even after taking the shot and is taking good care of himself. In a recent interaction, the 86-year-old shared how he is being cautious and trying to stay fit.

Dharmendra revealed to Hindustan Times that he takes regular walks to keep himself fit. He also revealed that he keeps testing himself at regular intervals as it keeps the fear of contracting the virus at bay. The actor had a shoot lined up in Daman, but he cancelled it as a precautionary measure.

Dharmendra recently went on a vacation to Manali with Sunny Deol and family. Later in a Twitter post, the actor shared a 35 second-long video clip in which he can be seen receiving a booster shot from a team of doctors at his residence. “Taking the booster and everyone must take it. It didn’t hurt. But do continue to wear masks. Thank you to all the doctors,” he said in the video.

“Friends, humble request please take the booster dose,” he captioned the clip.

Dharmendra, who will next be seen in Karan Johar’s directorial venture ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, was fully vaccinated last April. He will also be seen in ‘Apne 2’.
