‘Dabangg 3’ star Sudeep reacts to ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ being a pan-India film, says ‘Bollywood is struggling by dubbing in Telugu and Tamil’ – Times of India
At an event, Sudeep recalled someone telling him that a pan India film was made in Kannada. Stating that he would like to make a small correction, the actor added that Hindi is no more a national language. According to him, Bollywood is doing pan-India films today. They are struggling by dubbing in Telugu and Tamil, but the success is not happening. Sudeep also went on to say that today they are making films that are going everywhere.
‘KGF: Chapter 2’, which was released in the theatres on April 14, has been doing a record-breaking business at the box office. Apart from Kannada superstar Yash, the movie also featured Raveena Tandon, Prakash Raj and Sanjay Dutt in key roles. The film has received positive reviews from the audience and critics alike.
Sudeep, who has been a part of Hindi movies like, ‘Rann’, ‘Rakht Charitra’, ‘Makkhi’, was last seen in Salman Khan starrer ‘Dabangg 3’ where he essayed the role of an antagonist. It also starred Sonakshi Sinha and Saiee Manjrekar in lead roles.
