Crystal Palace ‘to make a move for Leeds forward Wilfried Gnonto if they lose Wilfried Zaha’
Crystal Palace ‘to make a move for Leeds forward Wilfried Gnonto if they lose Wilfried Zaha this summer but they will face competition from Brighton, West Ham and Everton
- Wilfried Zaha’s Crystal Palace contract expires at the end of the month
- The winger has so far made little commitment to staying at the club
- Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr and Paris Saint-Germain are interested
Crystal Palace will reportedly look to sign Leeds forward Wilfried Gnonto if Wilfried Zaha does leave the club this summer.
Zaha’s contract expires at the end of the month and there hasn’t been any real progress in terms of a new deal.
Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr are said to be interested in making him the latest player to make a big money move to the Middle East with a contract worth £45 million over three year
Paris Saint-Germain have also shown an interest in the 30-year-old, who remains one of the most dangerous players outside of the Premier League’s top six.
And The Mirror claim Palace have put Gnonto top of their list of targets should Zaha depart.

However, they will face competition from rivals Brighton, West Ham and Everton with many top flight clubs lurking following Leeds’ relegation.
Gnonto was one of the few bright points in a gloomy campaign for the Whites after joining from FC Zurich in a bargain £4 million deal last summer.
He has also established himself in the Italian national team, making 10 appearances since his debut this time last year.
His value is now said to be in the region of £30m and Leeds are hoping for a bidding war to commence.
Zaha is yet to agree to a new deal with his contract expiring at the end of the month
