After major releases like ‘RRR’, ‘Jersey’ and others, the makers of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer ‘Radhe Shyam’ have also postponed its theatrical release owing to the ongoing COVID situation in the country.

Confirming the same, Pooja took to her Twitter handle to share an official announcement. She captioned it, ‘We have to postpone the release of our film #RadheShyam due to the ongoing covid situation. Our sincere thanks to all the fans for your unconditional love and support. We will see you in cinemas soon..! #RadheShyamPostponed’

Although speculations were rife that film get an OTT release, reports suggested that the makers are keen to release the movie in theatres only as it contains appealing visual grandeur which can only be enjoyed fully on the big screens with supporting Dolby/DTS sound instead of watching it on mobiles and laptops.

‘Radhe Shyam’ is written and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and has been shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi.
