‘By free speech, I simply mean…’: Elon Musk explains “free speech” and censorship
A day after the Twitter takeover deal, Tesla CEO Elon Musk explained what he meant by ‘free speech’. Tesla’s CEO said that free speech must match the law and that he is against censorship that goes far beyond the law. “By “free speech”, I simply mean that which matches the law. I am against censorship that goes far beyond the law. If people want less free speech, they will ask government to pass laws to that effect. Therefore, going beyond the law is contrary to the will of the people.,” Musk said in his tweet.
