BTS’ Jungkook has given his fans yet another reason to celebrate! His debut solo number ‘Seven’, featuring Latto, has crossed a whopping 300 million views on YouTube. This milestone was achieved five months after the song was released on July 14.
Ever since its release ‘Seven’ has been topping charts, from earning a top spot on the US Billboard’s ‘Hot 100’ to making it to UK’s official single chart, ‘Top 100’, ‘Seven’ has managed to break many records.Along with this achievement, the idol reportedly earned a spot in ‘Billboard’s Greatest Pop Stars of 2023: Introduction & Honorable Mentions (StaffList)’ and ‘The 100 Best Songs of 2023: Staff Picks.
Jungkook is all set to begin his mandatory military training from today. He will be enlisting with Jimin on December 12, Big Hit had confirmed.
Ahead of his training, Jungkook also got a shoutout from close friend Charlie Puth, who shared on X (formerly Twitter), “I want to thank Jung Kook for joining us on stage virtually last night. It is a very full circle moment- from discovering his WDTA cover, to performing together in 2018 for the first time, and he wanted his final performance was with me! I feel very lucky and I can’t wait to perform with him again when he is back. Thank you to BTS and the BTS army for all the love and support always. I will see you soon JK.”
