Currently, Alia is busy promoting her upcoming film ‘RRR’, which is slated for release on January 7. The film is directed by SS Rajamouli and narrates a fictional tale of two Indian freedom fighters from the early 20th century – Alluri Sitarama Raju, played by Ram Charan, and Kumaram Bheem, essayed by Jr NTR. The film also features Ajay Devgn in a pivotal role.

The actress also recently launched the motion poster of ‘Brahmastra’ with beau Ranbir Kapoor. This Ayan Mukerji directorial is finally set to release on September 9, 2022. The lovebirds took off to Delhi for a special interactive event with fans. While launching the motion poster, Ranbir teased his girlfriend about her connection with the letter ‘R’. Alia was recently asked about the same at the trailer launch of ‘RRR’. While the duo was chatting about their connections with letters ‘R’ and ‘A’, the crowd in the background was heard rooting for the couple. After romancing for several months, Ranbir and Alia are expected to tie the knot next year.
