Bomb scare at Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra’s bungalows, Mumbai police takes action – Times of India

On Tuesday, an unidentified person called the Nagpur Police control room, claiming to have placed bombs at the homes of popular Bollywood personalities. According to TOI, an officer from Mumbai Police said that the Nagpur Police control room had received the call on Tuesday.
The anonymous caller claimed that bombs have been planted near Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow and Dharmendra’s residence in Mumbai. Soon after this call, the Nagpur police alerted the Mumbai police. A senior officer told TOI that a bomb squad team was immediately called and they carried out searches at Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra’s residences, however, nothing was found.

Amitabh Bachchan’s home in Mumbai is a famous landmark where every Sunday the actor steps out to meet his fans. Nestled in the posh locality of Juhu, Big B owns five sprawling bungalows – Janak, Jalsa, Vatsa and Prateeksha. Dharmendra also resides in a palatial bungalow in Juhu.
Big B will be seen next in ‘Ganapath’ co-starring Tiger Shroff and Project K with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in the pipeline. Dharmendra has ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’, co-starring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi coming up next. Dharmendra will also be seen in Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Ikkis’, which features Big B’s grandson Agastya Nanda in the lead role.
