Jo Lindner, German fitness influencer, who is popularly known as Joesthetics passed away at the age of 30 on 1 July. The news of the popular body builder’s death was confirmed by his girlfriend on Instagram. In her post, she wrote that the cause of his death was aneurysm. She also revealed that since the past three days he was complaining of pain his neck.
Linder had a massive fan following and had about 9 million followers on Instagram. He use to post videos and pictures of his workouts, meals and also training routines.
While sharing some beautiful moments between them, his girlfriend Nicha wrote, “Jo is the best place, everyone. Yesterday he passed away from an aneurysm… I was there with him in the room.. he put on the necklace in my neck that he made for me … then we was just lay down cuddle..waiting the time to go meet Noel at the gym at 16.00 … he was in my arms.. this is just happening too fast.. 3 days ago he kept said that he pain his neck .. we not really realize it… until it too late,” read a part of her long post.
Nicha also heaped praises on Jo Lindner and called him a kind, strong and harworking man. “At this moment I couldn’t write anything much. Trust me this man is more than what you ever know…..e (is) so sweet, kind strong and HARD WORK(ing) MAN, loyal and honestly smart. And he is a believer in EVERYONE. He thinks a lot about what to POST and CARE a lot about every comment and everyday after he posted he just in his room reply all the comments him self … he put a lot of work to be motivated to his fan EVEN sometimes he feel not so motivation . but he can’t rest or GIVE UP”
Just two days back, Lindner’s last post on Instagram revealed that he was undergoing some health issues following his Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).
“When I lost my gains because I went off everything for 1 year but then could not recover my own test levels so went back on trt. Trust me I tried to stop but be aware it might have long term effects for your life,” he wrote.
He further added, “Trt is a big commitment keep that in mind last pic Show lot of size differences like – swole and not swole u can see at chest etc all slim down even my waist is smaller back then. To be aware the comparison is left no pump and right – natty pic is full pump . Otherwise it’s even more haha . also my stomach now due to my hernia surgery now it’s a new hernia there and it makes my stomach bigger. Overall this post should show that even as a natural u can look amazing and y just need to get in shape !!”
