Blind Twitter review: Sonam Kapoor’s comeback thriller gets mixed reactions from the audience – Times of India

After a long hiatus, actor Sonam Kapoor Ahuja was seen in ‘Blind’, that released on OTT today. Directed by Shome Makhija, ‘Blind’ also stars Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, Lilette Dubey, and Shubham Saraf. The thriller is about a visually impaired woman who sets out to help the police nab a dreaded criminal, despite no one believing that she will be able to do much.

Many Twitter users saw the movie and were impressed with Sonam’s performance.

One user said, “Sonam Kapoor Ahuja is back #blind”, while another one added, “Now watching #BLIND@sonamakapoorWOW back with the BANG ????????????????????????????????????????????????”.

Another user, going gaga over Sonam, said, “@sonamakapoor, you have outdone yourself. You were powerful, vulnerable, scared and courageous all at once. Your body language, your approach, amazing!” Another one added, “#Blind is such an earnest movie and @sonamakapoor is delivering her best, most earnest and yet controlled performance. It’s surprising to see her back in motion in a more timid, grim and thrilling setting and she really feels at home with Gia Singh.”

However, some users were not too impressed with Sonam’s acting. One user said, “#sonamkapoor forgot that blind people too can have expressions! Pathetic. What a wasted comeback???????? #Blind #blindmovie #blindmoviereview”
Another one praised Purab Kohli and said, “Just watched blind average movie Watch it for purab Kohli that’s it. #blind #Bollywood #Threads”

Blind is currently streaming on a leading OTT channel.
