In his previous stint, Upadhye was the managing director of . He brings 26 years of experience across F&B, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and consulting in companies like Flipkart, McDonald’s, and . He has also advised and mentored startups.
“I wanted to leverage my experience to help startups grow, and I’m excited that I now get to do it in a structured fashion and at a larger scale here. xto10x has built a unique model to help startups, and I look forward to driving impact and also learning from the team here,” said Upadhye.
In addition to the hiring charter, where he will help startups attract, onboard, and nurture talent, he will also be managing some long-term client partnerships.

Kanwar comes with 16 years of experience at , where he worked across multiple categories spanning ice-creams, personal care, beverages, and home care.
