Bhagyashree reveals how she came on board for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, says Salman Khan personally called her entire family | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Salman Khan’s latest outing Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan might have received mixed response from the audience but true blue Bhai fans were elated to see Bhagyashree reunite with him in a special cameo, along with husband Himalaya and son Abhimanyu. It is no secret that Bhagyashree made her debut with Sooraj Barjatya’s Maine Pyar Kiya with Salman Khan in 1989 and the two have remained friends ever since.

In an interview to a leading publication, Bhagyashree, who had more or less bid acting goodbye, revealed how she came on board for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. She said that one fine day, she received a surprise call from Salman, telling her that he is making this movie and that he wants her to be a part of it. Not only this, Salman also quipped that he is keen to have her husband Himalaya and son Abhimanyu appear for the same and that he will be personally calling him.
Talking about her relationship with Salman, Bhagyashree revealed that they have been friends for decades so there was no question of not doing this. She also added that it was a lot of fun on the sets and brought back old memories.

Bhagyashree will soon be seen in NRI Wives starring Hiten Tejwani, Samir Soni, Aditi Govitrikar and Kiku Sharda.
