“I don’t need to take people down to win fights anymore. I can do it all. But if I take you down, oh boy. I saw he was putting his head down so I came up with the uppercut. I have one thing to say. If we keep the fight standing, it’s (the) hospital. If you go to the floor, it’s (the) cemetery,” said Gracie, who called for future fights against Michael Page, a rematch against Jason Jackson, and a title fight against Bellator welterweight champion Yaroslav Amosov.
Up against the fence, Gracie landed an elbow before retreating. Gracie moved back into and landed a massive uppercut. Lemminger was hurt up against the fence. Gracie entered the fight as Bellator’s fourth-ranked welterweight. With the impressive knockout finish, Gracie improved to 11-2 and could be in line for a title fight.
