This quick and easy recipe can be ready in just 20 minutes! It can be enjoyed as a dry sabzi and paired with rotis or parathas. Start by heating oil in a pan. Saute the onions till they are light golden. Fry the green chillies with the onions. Add the mushrooms and cook them till they start to sweat. Season cumin powder, turmeric powder, pepper, garam masala and salt. Once the mushrooms are lightly golden, the mushroom fry is ready! Garnish with fresh coriander.
