Bastille Day: Day to celebrate French Revolution
That day is celebrated every year as Bastille Day the national day in France. It is marked by a military parade, fireworks, concerts, musical performances and feasts. It is called ‘la fete de nationale’. Fee de Federation is celebrated every year with pomp and show, much more merriment, and a national holiday is declared.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Mosi was the guest of honor on Bastille Day 2023. He saluted the 269-strong triservice contingent of the Indian military. Indian Air Force planes also joined the flypast this year in the presence of French President Emmanuel Macron and the Indian Prime Minister.
