2. April 2, 2022: The banks will remain closed on the occasion of Gudi Padwa/Ugadi Festival/1st Navratra/Telugu New Year’s Day/Sajibu Nongmapanba (Cheiraoba) in Belapur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jammu, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji, and Srinagar.

3. April 4, 2022: The banks will remain closed on the occasion of Sarhul in Ranchi.

4. April 5, 2022: The banks will remain closed on the occasion of Babu Jagjivan Ram Birthday in Hyderabad.

5. April 14, 2022: The banks will remain closed on the eve of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti/Mahavir Jayanti/Baisakhi/Vaisakhi/Tamil New Year’s Day/Cheiraoba/Biju Festival/Bohag Bihu in almost all parts of the country except for Shillong and Shimla.

6. April 15, 2022: The banks will remain closed on the occasion ofGood Friday/Bengali New Year’s Day (Nababarsha)/Himachal Day/Vishu/Bohag Bihu in almost all parts of the country except for Jaipur, Jammu, and Srinagar.

7. April 16, 2022: The banks will remain closed on the eve of Bohag Bihu in Guwahati.

8. April 21, 2022: The banking operations will remain halted due to Garia Puja in Agartala.

9. April 29, 2022: The banks will remain shut in Jammu and Shimla due to Shab-I-Qadr/Jumat-ul-Vida.

Apart from the above mentioned dates, the banks will also remain shut on April 9, 2022 and April 23, 2022 due to second and fourth Saturdays and on April 3, 10, 17, and 24 because of Sundays.
