Apple Watch Series 8 may include this new colour – Times of India

We are about a week close to the Apple event and as with other predictions and rumours that have been circulating about the gadgets Apple may unveil on September 7, we have a new one from tipster ShrimpApplePro about Apple Watch Series 8.
According to ShrimpApplePro, the Apple Watch Series 8 will include a refreshed shade of red for the (Product) Red variant. He predicted the other colour options in the beginning of August, which were:
“Aluminum in starlight, midnight, product red, and silver
Stainless steel in silver, graphite, and gold
No titanium model in this version”
The tipster also claimed that Apple will launch the watches in the sizes of 41mm and 45mm, just like it did with the Series 7 and added that Apple will add “more glue underneath the pull tab so when tearing that, it will leave traces of glue, showing that it has been opened. This will also apply for the iPhone boxes.” Plus, ShrimpApplePro is very positive about the stocks of Series 8 and expects little to no delay in shipping.

As for the Apple Watch Pro, it may support older watch bands but the fit may not be perfect, as per a claim by Bloomberg’s tech journalist Mark Gurman. In a recent post on Twitter, he further added that “maybe they won’t fit as well or look as seamless given the size of the new watch.”
Gurman’s claim comes after a rumour on Weibo by a leaker called “UnclePan” according to which the upcoming Pro model of the Apple Watch might not be compatible with the older watch bands. So, as per Gurman, the watch bands may still work with the Apple Watch Pro but the fit might not be as you want it to be.
