She has been sharing glimpses of her prep session on Instagram. On Wednesday, she took to her story and shared a tanned selfie with her fans.

In her post, the actress talked about having one regret in life. She revealed that she regrets not playing cricket in her childhood. Sharing a sweaty selfie, Anushka wrote, “Kaash bachchan mein kuch toh cricket khela hota, toh aaj haalat aisi na hoti.” Have a look:

Meanwhile, Anushka has also been taking batting tips from her cricketer husband Virat Kohli. In an interview recently, she revealed that she keeps sending him her practicing videos to get his feedback.

Chakda Xpress is inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami and it will be an eye-opener into the world of women’s cricket. At a time when Jhulan decided to become a cricketer and make her country proud on the global stage, it was very tough for women to even think of playing the sport. This film is a dramatic retelling of several instances that shaped her life and also women’s cricket.”
