Last year, Kirron Kher battled blood cancer and underwent months of treatment. “There are days when she is positive and then there are days when the chemotherapy impacts her state in many ways. We are all trying our best and she is doing it, too,” Anupam Kher had told BT. Recovering from the treatment, Kirron Kher managed to return to work recently as a judge for a reality TV show. Thrilled about her comeback, Sikander had told BT, “I feel getting back to your routine is the first step towards regaining normalcy in life, especially after a heavy recovery. We have also ensured that she gets the best medical attention, and all the necessary health precautions are being taken care of on the set. It is important for her to be back on the sets for the much-needed adrenaline rush, while also ensuring that all the required precautions are being taken care of.”
